Pilot Support Portal — last updated September 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pilot Support Portal (the "Portal"), operated by Queralt Inc. ("Queralt," "we," "us"). By accepting your invitation and signing in, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- Access to the Portal is by invitation only, extended to participants in Queralt's pilot program.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account (your email inbox, or your Microsoft account credentials if applicable) and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are not transferable. Do not share your sign-in access with anyone else.
- Queralt may suspend or remove your access at any time, including at the conclusion of the pilot program.
Your participation in the pilot
As a pilot participant, we ask that you:
- Submit feedback (bugs, errors, or general feedback) in good faith and to the best of your knowledge
- Refrain from submitting content that is unlawful, abusive, or that discloses information you are not authorized to share
- Only upload screenshots that you have the right to share and that do not contain sensitive information belonging to third parties
Ownership of feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other input you submit through the Portal may be used by Queralt to improve its products and services, without obligation to you, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement between you and Queralt.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another participant's account or submissions
- Attempt to circumvent or probe the Portal's access controls or security
- Use the Portal to upload malicious files or content
- Use the Portal for any purpose unrelated to the pilot program
No warranty
The Portal is a pilot-stage tool provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Queralt does not guarantee the Portal will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queralt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without notice, including upon conclusion of the pilot program. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership of feedback, limitation of liability) will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
